A cold-process bar soap made from saponified organic oils (Olive, Palm, Coconut, Shea Butter), Lavender Essential Oil, and Lavender Buds. The dried lavender buds provide light natural exfoliation. Vegan. Suitable for all skin types including sensitive skin.

We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@jen-au.com. Returns must be sent to: 15166 Los Gatos Blvd, Los Gatos, CA 95032. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom/personalized products, personal care and beauty products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to exchange is to return your item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in its original condition, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@jen-au.com.
