Shipping Policy

Processing & Fulfillment Time

All orders are processed and fulfilled within 1–5 business days. Orders containing more than 200 items may require 5–10 business days to fulfill. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders that meet our minimum order value. The qualifying amount will be displayed at checkout.

Damaged, Wrong, or Lost Items

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, we will happily provide a replacement or refund based on your preference. To initiate a claim, please contact our customer support team with a photograph and a brief explanation of the issue. We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection.

If your claim is approved and you require a replacement, a new order will be shipped to you within 5 business days. If you request a refund, a credit will be automatically applied to your account or to the original method of payment, if requested separately.

Please note: All claims must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your product.
